Delivery & Returns
Please note that all deliveries will require a signature. If you are unavailable, please follow the links on DHL’s email notification to nominate an alternative delivery address, alternative time or arrange a collection from one of 3,500 DHL Service Points across the UK. Please be advised that Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
Orders are shipped same day if made before midday (London UK Time) Monday to Friday. Orders made after midday will be shipped the next working day. Orders made on the weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.
UK Delivery:
All UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands) are free for all orders . All orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days, and will include a DHL online tracking. Please note, DHL will deliver between 9am and 8pm (Monday-Saturday).
Delivery for Ireland, the Highland and the Islands:
For Ireland, the Highland and the Islands a flat rate charge of £10 will be applied and can take up to 3-7 working days. Similarly, DHL will provide online tracking and deliver between 9am and 8pm (Monday-Saturday).
International Orders:
International Orders are priced as per DHL rates and will appear at checkout. Following your order being dispatched, DHL will provide online tracking details to the registered email address and will confirm an expected delivery window.
Customs:
If your order is to be delivered outside of the UK it may attract import duty and/or local sales taxes which customers will need to pay of receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules are by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the customer fails to collect their parcel from customs and AN ACRE OF LAND has to have the parcel returned to them, then the customer will be responsible for cost associated with AN ACRE OF LAND having to retrieve the parcel.

Considerations:
An Acre of Land cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order. Last shipping orders for UK shipping at Christmas will be 15 December and 10 December for International Shipping.

Returns
In the case of proceeding with a return or exchange, please keep your order and tracking numbers safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence.
Refund:
We are happy to offer a refund on full price items purchased online up to 14 days from receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. It MUST also have the hang tag still attached and be completely re-saleable. It should be returned in original packaging.
To complete your return please email hello@anacreofland.com and include your name, order number, item name and reason for your return. We will then email you a form to complete to print off and include in the returns packaging to us.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed once it is received into our warehouse. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment (less £5 shipping charge). Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear on your account.
Customers are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your item is damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and our decision.
An Acre of Land reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
We do not accept returns in person.
Any An Acre of Land items bought through a third-party store must be returned and dealt with between yourself and the retailer.
Exchanges:
If you would like to change the size or colour of your ordered garment, please email hello@anacreofland.com and include your name, order number, item name and detail the product you would like to exchange. Once we have received this, we will email a return slip and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you without any further delivery charges.
