A new chapter among old treasures
From Saturday 16th August, and then on Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10am - 4pm, An Acre of Land will be setting up a regular space inside the beautiful barn at C’est Tout Interiors, just outside Chipping Norton. We’ll be there with rails of linen, new arrivals, old favourites and time to try things on slowly.
C’est Tout is a French antiques barn that has been quietly growing a loyal following in the Cotswolds since 2019. Founded by Kathryn and Steve, both long-time dealers with a love of rustic French pieces and worn-in beauty, the barn will be celebrating five years in December.

The setting
You’ll find the barn at the historic artisan yard ‘Groves Yard’ in the Cotswolds golden triangle between Burford, Stow and Chipping Norton. It’s full of weathered tables, painted armoires, stoneware, mirrors, textiles, vintage lighting and found objects that feel both timeless and entirely lived-in.
C’est Tout has appeared in The Times, Reclaim, Homes and Antiques and even landed the cover of Period Living. They are also in the process of restoring a 14th-century French château, which will be aired on Channel 4 from March 2026.
