Some of the loveliest Christmas traditions are those passed down through generations, often written on flour-dusted scraps of paper, tucked into old cookery books or remembered by heart.
Perhaps it's your grandmother's famous mince pies, the Christmas cake your mother made every November, a treasured family pudding or the particular way you make your Boxing Day leftovers.
As part of our 12 Days of Christmas celebrations, we're inviting you to share the recipes that make Christmas feel like Christmas in your home.
Pop into our shop at Groves Yard to collect one of our blank recipe cards, ready to fill in with your favourite festive recipe, or submit yours online.
We'd love to hear the stories behind them too. Who first made it? How long has it been in the family? Is there a little handwritten note or secret ingredient that makes it special?
Our favourites will be gathered into An Acre of Land's very own Christmas recipe book, a collection of much-loved recipes and the memories that accompany them, to share with our community.
Whether it's something handed down through generations or a newer tradition that's become part of your family Christmas, we'd be delighted to include you.
