Visit An Acre of Land
Our Cotswolds home is at Groves Yard in Milton-under-Wychwood, just outside Chipping Norton.
Here you can discover An Acre of Land in person, try on pieces from our current collections and see the fabrics, shapes and layers together as they were designed to be worn, plus shop exciting new products not available online.
Alongside the shop is The Studio, our light-filled space for workshops, pop-ups, exhibitions and small gatherings.

The Shop
The shop brings together our current collections, seasonal pieces and selected favourites from An Acre of Land.
It is a place to try things on properly, explore different combinations and find the pieces that work best for you. We will also host collection launches, special shopping days and occasional events throughout the year.

The Studio
You’ll find The Studio inside our shop at the historic artisan yard ‘Groves Yard’ in the Cotswolds golden triangle between Burford, Stow and Chipping Norton.
The Studio is a flexible space available to hire for creative workshops, small events, exhibitions, pop-ups and independent retail.
With plenty of natural light, a kitchen and level access, it has been designed as a welcoming setting for makers, artists, teachers and small brands looking for a Cotswolds space for their own event.

Throughout the year we will be bringing more to Groves Yard, from An Acre of Land collection launches and shopping events to visiting makers, workshops and pop-ups in The Studio.

Plan Your Visit
Groves Yard is in Milton-under-Wychwood, in the Evenlode Valley between Burford and Chipping Norton.
There is parking available at the Yard, dogs are very welcome, and there is level access to both the shop and the toilets.
If you are making a special journey to visit us, we recommend checking our current opening hours before travelling.
