Made of cotton with a cotton and organdy underskirt that just peeks out underneath by a couple of inches which can be scrunched up if you want a more crumpled look. 

Wash at 30 degrees and hang to dry. 

One Size: Elasticated waist … un stretched 80cm and max stretch 120cm.  Our model here is 5ft in and a size 14.
