Old abbeys are enchanted places. Something in ether. The stillness. The stone. The Abbey Blouse is made in that same, reverend spirit. 


Garment description

Cut from a hand-loomed cotton in a generous swing shape, the Abbey Blouse is pintucked at the front and back for texture and movement. 

It buttons down the front and falls with the kind of easy drape that hand-loomed cotton does particularly well. Wear it as a blouse tucked into trousers or a skirt, or throw it on as a light jacket over a dress.

The sleeves can be worn long or turned back three inches to create a wide, relaxed cuff. Short enough to wear tucked or untucked, over a dress or with trousers.

Available in three fabrics:

Blue and black striped hand-loomed cotton

Charcoal and cream textured stripe hand-loomed cotton

Blue and cream striped hand-loomed cotton
