The Jabot has a distinguished history. Worn at the throats of judges, academics and 18th-century gentlewomen who understood that a good neckpiece could say everything a speech could not. 


Garment description

We’ve reimagined the Jabot for the modern age.  Ours is made from blue and cream checked hand-loomed cotton with cream lace trim, sewn to look worn and haphazard, as though it has already lived a life before it found you. 

Wear it high at the neck or low, tied at the waist, pinned as a brooch or tucked into your hair. It comes with two lengths of tie, so the choice, as ever, is entirely yours.
